Avaktan Holding referred to us for designing and implementation of the new sales office of its brand, adjacent to the existing human resources office of the complex. After examining the existing condition of the building, which used to be used for education in the vicinity of the educational complex, we realized that by making changes in the arrangement of spaces and separators, it is possible to create a proper connection between the human resources unit and the new administrative department in such a way that the entrance of all employees is through the same channel. This was considered a great achievement for the employer.
Further, after the initial destruction of the walls, we encountered a large number of bracings and old steel structure which at first seemed like a big threat to the design, but we were able to use them as space separators for different parts of an open office. Finally, by separating the management department from the administrative and sales department and organizing the spaces around the meeting rooms, we achieved the right answer for the needs of the project.
