Ermia Project is 220 sqm office which the employer wanted it to has a lot of micro-spaces like a particular room for his rest, a pantry and separated rooms for his supervisors. One of the most important challenges in designing this unit was to consider the needs of the employer in such a way that the spaces, while being fresh and visually attractive for the employees, have an appropriate response to the function and use of the space. “Glass capsules” was a concept that helped us avoid the usual clichés of office partitions, making useless corridors and create suitable visually attractive spots in the office.
The access path to the management room was marked with optical panels and the service area was covered by metal sheets in order to be hidden and avoid chaos. the colors were selected based on the employer’s holding logo. the usage of different bright colors, green wall as a touch of nature, and a logical amount of natural and artificial lights helped us to get rid of the typical boring offices and working areas. using barrisol ceiling for the capsules makes them look suspended, bold and unique.
